Art Well training course

The Art Well – International Training on Art-Based Self-Care and Well-Being is an international mobility of youth workers implemented within the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project Art Well.

Hosted by EMINA Foundation in Fonyód, Hungary, this 6-day training brings together youth workers from Austria, Czech Republic, Ukraine and Hungary to explore art-based approaches that strengthen self-care, mental well-being and inclusive youth work practice.

Aim

The training focuses on using art as a tool for self-care, well-being and inclusion in youth work.

It aims to:

  • support youth workers’ own mental resilience

  • provide practical, transferable art-based methods

  • strengthen confidence in facilitating creative processes responsibly

  • connect research, local practice and international exchange

Learning approach

The programme is based on non-formal education and experiential learning, combining expert-led sessions with strong partner contribution.

Participants engage in:

  • synthesis and planning of follow-up initiatives

The training includes six full programme days and concludes with reflection and preparation of local dissemination activities.
