The foundation’s aim

EMINA Career and Guidance Foundation aims to promote career guidance and conscious way of life to young people and to facilitate both national and international events focused on the social situation of young generations.

Team and activities

The foundation employs social workers, psychologists and sociologist in order to gain a closer view on the problems of group of teenagers, students and individuals. EMINA Career Guidance Foundation organizes individual guidance and group activities about school and working possibilities in order to help young people to face problems in the labour market. EMINA’s professionals take into consideration the following aspects during their activities: management skills, psychological, sociological, ethical, pedagogical aspects and communication skills. EMINA Career Guidance Foundation also focuses on activities aiming to protect socially disadvantaged youth. Besides guidance, the foundation conducts research and scientific activity as well as programs targeting different minority groups.

The foundation has huge experience in formal/non-formal and digital education and training activities, skills development, knowledge dissemination and information exchange in both national and international level. EMINA Career Guidance Foundation has been participating as partner organization in several Erasmus+ projects – youth exchanges, trainings and contact-making seminars – focusing on youth employment, entrepreneurship and educational topics.

The beginning…

From 2013 to 2015 the foundation helped the implementation of a large-scale project titled “Integration of vocational school graduates into labour market” by doing surveys, interviews and research about the topic, therefore obtained current and wide knowledge on the situation of young jobseekers.

… and now

Since 2016 EMINA Foundation also takes part in large-scale international strategic partnership projects and implements small-scale educational projects (training courses and seminars) developed by EMINA Foundation or its internationals partners and supported by various international grant providers and donors.
