The EMINA Career Guidance Foundation and its international partners offer fully customisable training courses focusing on psychology. The courses provide relevant knowledge and develops skills related to innovative psychology, mental well-being and related topics. These programs are designed for – but not limited to – professionals and practitioners working with those seeking help with issues that affect their professional lives, family relationships, and emotional wellness.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Duration: 6 days training
- Participants: the program is ideal for youth workers, trainers, facilitators, mentors and educators and people that are motivated to be multipliers of the learning outcomes, young activists, volunteers, NGOs members and representatives of formal education.

TRAINING SESSIONS
The program includes two training sessions in the morning and two training sessions in the afternoon, combining theoretical and practical aspects. The sessions include the following topics:

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
This training assists participants in effectively improving and upgrading the quality of their work, everyday practice, mental and overall well-being. They gain skills, knowledge and key competencies that assist them in doing so. It also increases their active participation, self-confidence, creativity and innovation, personal and professional growth and development as well as mental well-being. The training empowers participants by providing them with a framework in which they can improve their work techniques and practices, self-awareness, communication skills, and life approach by utilising experiential learning, basic values of improvisation, mindfulness, and reflective practices as tools.

- Participants: Youth workers and potential multipliers of the learning outcomes, young activists, peer educators, volunteers, mentors, trainers, NGO staff (NGO managers or colleagues, leaders, office staff) or representatives of formal education, people who want to acquire better connection with themselves and with others using their body as a tool; who want to improve and upgrade the quality of their work, daily practice, health and overall well-being by bringing embodied learning theory and practices, body movement and dance into their daily life.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
This training course will effectively help the participants to improve and upgrade the quality of their youth work and daily practice and acquire competencies, skills and knowledge that will help them to do so. It will also boost an active participation, their self-confidence, creativity and innovation, self and professional development as well as improve their well-being in order to tackle the negative effects they experienced and suffered from, due to the COVID-19 crisis. Moreover, participants will become familiar with new body based methodological tools that promote inclusion and working with people with fewer opportunities. Using a personal development approach, embodied learning, therapy and body movement as tools we will provide participants with a context within which they can upgrade the quality of their youth work methodology and practice, connect with themselves, connect with others and have a healthier life approach.
