The GreenLines bicycle tour across Europe is a part of the GreenLines Erasmus+ small-scale project, aimed at promoting sustainable project management practices. This journey will commence in the second half of November and continue until the end of January 2025, traversing Portugal, Italy, Austria, and Hungary, the countries of our project partners.
This bicycle trip is not only an adventure but also a platform for raising awareness about sustainability. Participants will have the opportunity to attend dissemination events throughout the journey. Notably, in Italy, we plan to visit five newly developed peer education centres, hosting events at each location to share our project’s mission and progress.
Route overview:
– Starting in Portugal
– Visiting peer education centres in Italy
– Traveling through scenic Austria
– Concluding in Hungary
We invite anyone interested to join us, whether for the entire trip or just a short section. Your participation will contribute to the success of our dissemination efforts and the promotion of sustainable practices.
The project GREENLINES aims to empower individuals and entities involved in different project management processes to increase the environmental sustainability of their projects by providing universally applicable guidelines. The European youth work sector will be greened by illustrating the importance and urgency, as well as the practicability and benefits of developing greener activities. We can and we will use our roles as multipliers to foster sustainable thinking and acting.
